- Canceling your TeacherStore Seller membership
- You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Memberships aren't prorated. Your store is removed from the marketplace 10 days after you ask us to close it, and you'll have up to 60 days to export your resources and customer contacts via CSV.
- Canceling TeacherStore Seller Plus or TeacherStore Pro
- You can cancel at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, you won't be charged the following month. If you're on an annual plan, you won't be charged the following year. Your TeacherStore storefront stays active unless you request to close your store.
- Fee changes
- We notify sellers 60 days before any changes to fees.
- Come back anytime
- If you leave on good terms, you're always welcome back.
- Refunds and disputes
- These are handled case by case. If a refund is issued, the related commission may be recalled.
- Payments
- All payments and payouts are currently processed through Stripe. Additional payout options, including PayPal, are a high priority and in the works.

What Is TeacherStore.io®?
TeacherStore.io® is a marketplace and community for teachers. Teachers and parents can shop for learning resources created by real educators, and teachers and parents can also become TeacherStore.io Sellers and sell the resources they create.
Is TeacherStore.io Created by a Teacher?
Yes! TeacherStore.io was founded by Tiffiny and Duayne Webster. Tiffiny is a former Disney Princess (Belle) turned K-12 teacher and administrator (25+ years), entrepreneur, and the host of a top 10 charter school podcast. Duayne is her husband and business partner, with a background in sales, finance, marketing and business coaching. Together, they built TeacherStore.io to help teachers share their expertise, reach their customers, and grow businesses they own.
Why is it TeacherStore.io instead of .com?
Great question, and one we hear a lot! In tech, "io" stands for input/output, and it fits us perfectly: teachers put their resources in, and those resources go out to classrooms and families everywhere. ".io" is widely used by technology companies and software platforms, and that's exactly what TeacherStore.io is. We're more than a marketplace. We're building the tools teachers need to sell their resources, reach their customers, and grow their businesses, all in one place.
And no, being a .io doesn't hurt search rankings. Google treats .io the same way it treats generic domains like .com, so TeacherStore.io can rank in search results anywhere in the world. What matters most for search is great content and well-optimized product listings, which is exactly what TeachereStore X-SELLERATOR™ is built to create.
Can I Bulk Upload My Products From Another Marketplace?
Yes, it's coming soon! Our bulk uploader tool is in beta testing now and should be available by the end of October 2026. In the meantime, you can upload products one at a time, and we're happy to walk you through setting up your store.

Will You Police AI-Generated Resources?
No, we'll let buyers decide what they love. How you create your resources is up to you, whether you use AI to design covers and thumbnails, write descriptions, or build entire resources.
We believe quality speaks for itself, and resources that pair real expertise with real human connection sell best. That's why we encourage you to show up as you: share videos on your storefront and products, tell your story, and connect with your customers so they feel confident buying from you.

Will You Use My Products to Train AI?
No. We don't use your files to train AI to generate resources.

We launched TeacherStore.io in October 2025 and quickly grew to over 3,000 sellers. We were eager to start marketing to customers, but we wanted the experience to be right first. So we made the tough decision to hold back on marketing and put our time, energy, and resources into building a better platform for sellers and buyers.

How Do I Become a TeacherStore.io Seller?

Do I Have to be Exclusive to TeacherStore.io?
No. We want you to sell everywhere your buyers already are. You can sell the same products on TeacherStore.io and on your TPT Basic Seller account, Etsy, Amazon, and your own website.
Why do we encourage it? When customers can see everything you offer and everywhere you show up, you look more credible. More connection builds trust, and trust leads to sales.
Can I Link to My Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), Etsy, Boom, or Amazon stores?
Yes! You can add links to your other stores right on your TeacherStore storefront, just like you'd add your Instagram or Facebook links. You can link to:

-Your Etsy shop

-Amazon, including your storefront, an affiliate list of your favorite products, or your KDP books and workbooks

Yes. Just like your social media and other stores, you can add links to your podcast, blog, website, YouTube channel, and more right on your TeacherStore storefront, so customers can find you everywhere you show up.
Do I Need My Own Website?
No. You can sell your resources directly from your TeacherStore storefront.
Will I Know Who My Customers Are?
Yes. You'll see the name and email of every customer who buys from you, so you can build real relationships and grow your own audience.
Can I Export My Customer List and Keep It If I Leave?
Yes. You can export your customer list anytime and bring it into your own email service provider, and it's yours to keep if you ever leave TeacherStore.io.

What is the TeacherStore Blog™?
The TeacherStore Blog™ is a collective blog written by YOU, our TeacherStore.io Sellers. Contribute a post, and your products get discovered in a whole new way, through search and by every teacher and parent browsing for their next great idea. The TeacherStore X-SELLERATOR™ can even write the post for you!
Who Owns My Files?
You do. Your resources are your intellectual property. The "Contributions" license in our Terms covers only community content, like posts, trainings, workshops, and reviews shared in TeacherStore communities, not the resources you sell.
If you remove a product or close your store, buyers keep access to the paid or free resources they already downloaded from you.
What If Someone Copies My Work?
Copying or reproducing someone else's work without permission is never okay, whether it's done by hand or with AI. If you believe someone is copying, reselling, or reproducing your resources on TeacherStore.io, email us at [email protected]. If TeacherStore.io ever closed, how would I get my files back?
